Dazzling Properties was established in February 2014.
We are in the vacation rental business. We have been traveling the world for business and leisure and stayed in a multitude of hotel rooms and vacation rentals. We accumulated decades of experience and the understanding of what the savvy traveler expects. We use our experience for providing the most comfortable places to stay, where guests can feel save and relaxed. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us.
Our properties are located in different countries and each has a local manager that is responsible for the management of our properties and assures our guests an unforgettable and pleasurable experience. Our properties are well kept, clean, safe and have all the amenities a savvy traveler expects.
Vicki H. Burkhard
Vicki H. Burkhard is responsible for operations, marketing and sales.
Vicki H. Burkhard has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. From debuting ad campaigns for consumer products in Europe, managing the creation of a new marketing strategy for an art festival in Southern California or launching a restaurant in Hawaii, Vicki has built her career on integrity and commitment to client service. Vicki understands how to reach across cultural divides and unite organizations with the same goals. These provide invaluable common business sense and exceptional cross-cultural sensitivity.
Over the last 20 years Vicki has worked in management roles in companies like Bernina Sewing Machines Ltd. in Switzerland, The Swiss Café in Hawaii, Viking Components Inc. in California and Ireland, Sonnet Technologies, Inc. in California and Burkhard Consulting Services, Inc. in California.
Vicki grew up in a family owning a small construction business and learned from early age the ins and outs of the construction business. Over the last 25 years she has purchased several homes and managed several renovation projects in Switzerland, Hawaii, California and Florida.
Maggie Kämpf-Burkhard
Maggie Kämpf-Burkhard is responsible for preserving the vintage charm of our properties.
As a trained architect Maggie has spent her career in restoring historic homes and designing new houses for residential and commercial use. She has over 20 years of experience in managing a wood construction company and an architectural firm. Maggie is instrumental in the preservation of the vintage charm of our properties. She has studied at the University “Haus der Farbe” (House of Color) in Zürich, Switzerland. Color is important in any space. It influences how we feel. More about Maggie and her work: Farbbau
